Empire Gymnastic BRAVE Presentation

Thank you Empire Gymnastics for allowing Gracie Bowers, Kursten Long and I to come speak about BRAVE!! I was so excited to partner with both of them for this presentation. Gracie read “The Juice Box Bully” and Kursten did the wrinkled heart activity. I love being able to share this sweet message about how people of all ages can Stand Up, Stand Strong and Stand Together through BRAVE. We had so much fun with all these sweet kiddos!!
